as for me, the location was absolutely perfect and great, just off can be reached in about 15 minutes, most beaches around olbia, and a residential area. everyone was very good as well as owner. there were a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room, truly enjoyed that.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting ambiance of the hotel. The decoration was tasteful, with beautiful artwork and comfortable furniture. It made me feel right at home. As a senior, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate with my walking aid, and there were handrails in the common areas to ensure my safety. It was such a relief to stay in a place that catered to the needs of senior people like me.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation, it would be for the children working at the hotel to provide more assistance to senior guests. Sometimes, I needed a bit of extra help with my luggage or getting around the hotel, and although they were polite, I would have appreciated a little more proactive assistance.

The in-house restaurant served delicious seafood and local dishes, offering a culinary experience that was truly "off the hook"! The guestrooms were equipped with sound-insulated walls, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay, as if you were in your own private oasis.

Residential noise levels were noticeable due to the outside seating area being directly on the street.
